   Email support

   Include your order number. You do not need to give a reason.

   Pack the complete system

   Include the cover, hub, companion, and cables. The original box is not required; any sturdy box works.

3. 3

   Use the prepaid label

   Drop the package at a carrier location. Your refund process starts when the carrier scans it.

Eligibility

• Request the return within 30 nights of delivery
• Return the cover, hub, companion, and cables together
• Normal-use wear is accepted
• No restocking fee

Damage from misuse or unauthorized modification is not eligible. If one component is faulty, use the warranty guide instead of returning part of the system.

Refund timing

We process the refund within 5 business days of the carrier scan. It returns to the original payment method; your bank controls when it appears.
