Sleep outcomes

Sleep deeper. Wake more restored.

Temperature shifts do more than make you uncomfortable. They can delay sleep and break up the deepest part of your night. HoneySleep keeps each side of the bed in a stable range, so your body has the conditions it needs to settle, stay asleep, and recover.

See the sleep science

Fall asleep without fighting the heat.

A cooler sleep surface supports the natural temperature drop that begins before sleep.

Protect the deepest part of your night.

Stable overnight temperature removes a common source of disruption during N3 slow-wave sleep.

Stay asleep through hot-and-cold swings.

Automatic adjustments hold your side in a comfortable range instead of waiting for you to wake and react.

Wake ready for the day.

A steadier, less fragmented night gives recovery more room to do its work.
